This role is 100% onsite in Alameda.
What You'll Work On
- Maintenance of warranty orders within ADC's ERP system, SAP, as necessary.
- Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent out of stock.
- Monitor weekly reports and troubleshoot orders which are not fulfilled.
- Respond to internal & external customer inquiries regarding customer service & logistics issues. Research issues in Salesforce and SAP.
- Send advance ship notice to warehouse.
- Create weekly return kit orders.
- Participate in weekly meeting with Abbott Back-office Team meetings.
- Analyze weekly & monthly reports to ensure we meet KPI.
- Create PowerPoint slides for monthly KPI meetings and adhoc reports.
- Plan, organize and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule/deadlines.
- Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across divisions (Demand Planning, Finance, Transportation, etc.)
- All work efforts must meet compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills in Excel (analyze large dataset, vlook-up, pivot, etc.) required
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office/Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented and high accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meets deadline in a timely manner
- Possess experience using ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Salesforce
- Work experience in a procedurally controlled business environment and working with multiple vendors/partners
The base pay for this position is
$90,000.00 $180,000.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
