Position Overview:



Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a driven and skilled Business Development professional to join their client's dynamic manufacturing group in Fresno. This role is centered around cultivating and managing business relationships in the Fresno area, with a focus on driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the agricultural, manufacturing, parts, and components industries.



Responsibilities:




  • Engage in business development activities for the manufacturing group, focusing on the Fresno area.


  • Perform cold calling and connect with previous customers to generate new business opportunities.


  • Manage and nurture existing accounts to maintain and grow client relationships.


  • Conduct 60-80% of sales activities outside, meeting clients and prospects face-to-face.


  • Utilize knowledge and comfort within the agriculture, manufacturing, parts, and components sectors to drive success.



Requirements:




  • Local candidate with experience and familiarity in the agricultural, manufacturing, parts, and components industries.


  • Proven track record in business development and outside sales.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Benefits:




  • Competitive salary of $70,000 plus bonus opportunities.

The position offers $70,000 along with bonus opportunities.
