Schedules application installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. This position is focused on the ongoing administration and enhancement of the Business Objects Enterprise environment. Additionally, it is focused on operational aspects of Customer Relationship Management between the Enterprise Data Warehouse and the Business Objects user community in Presbyterian Healthcare Services.The incumbent will be responsible for/provide support for:
A working knowledge of Health Care Analytics, Reporting and Data Warehousing is needed. The primary BI tool is Business Objects while the primary DBMS technology used in the EDW environment is an Oracle 11g DBMS. Other reporting databases are either Oracle or SQL Server.
