• Required Certifications: ASCP, ASCP-MLS, ASCP-MLT
• Required Skills: ABO/Rh/Antibody Screen & ID, Accessioning, Analyzer, Automated Instrument Use, Blood banking procedures, Body fluids, Cardiac Enzymes, Cord Blood Evaluation, Crystal identification, Culture plating, Electronic Crossmatch, Fibrinogen, Gram Stain, Hazardous materials and MSDS, Hospital clinical , Manual Differential, Manual macroscopic UA, Microscopic UA, Arterial Blood Gas, Blood specimen storage, CBC Manual, Crossmatch-Immediate Spin/IgG, Direct Coombs (DAT), Malarial Examination, Patient identification process, Occult Blood, PCR Testing (flu; group B; MRSA Screen; staph aureus; covid), Pipetting, Pregnancy test (urine or blood), Proper labeling, Rapid test kits (RSV, strep; H-flu; C-diff), Rapid test kits general use; knowledge of controls, Reporting test results, Reticulocyte Count, Review & Interpretation of QC, Specimen Preparation, Platelet Count, Quality assurance and controls, Siemen`s Dimensions, Sysmex XM, Thawing/Cooling of Blood Products, Transfusion Reaction Workup

Job Details:

• Pay: $1695/week - $1884/week
• Assignment Length: 26-week assignment
• Shift: 4, 10-Hour 12:00 - 20:30
• Alt Schedule: 4, 10-Hour 21:00 - 07:30
• At least one year of experience required
