We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment in Everett, Washington. If you have strong acute care and care coordination experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment.

- Location: Everett, WA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 4x8 Days (Block Scheduling)
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Patient Ratio: 1:25 (Days)
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Locals: Not accepted
? Facility Overview
- Level II Trauma Center
- 571 staffed beds across two campuses (Colby & Pacific – within 2 miles)
- Charting System: EPIC
- Scrubs: Any color (except reddish-orange)
- Parking: Facility-paid
Requirements
? Floating Requirements
- Required to float across all hospital units and both campuses
✅ Requirements
- Active RN License (pending accepted)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Required Experience:
- Acute Care
- Discharge Planning
- Care Coordination
Highly Preferred:
- Med-Surg, LLOS, and ED Case Management experience
- ICU and Emergency Department exposure
? Key Responsibilities
- Care coordination and discharge planning
- Conduct needs assessments and arrange DME
- Develop and manage patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
? Patient Population
- Neonates to Geriatrics (all age groups)
? Additional Notes
- Orientation: 30 hours
- Travelers must include all RTO at time of submission
