Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to client's individual needs. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Case Management of ABA therapy services, with a compensation range from $25 to $35 per hour.

What We Offer Case Managers
At Ad Astra, we value our Case Managers by offering competitive compensation based on education and experience, along with comprehensive support for professional growth. You'll receive mentorship and program oversight from experienced BCBAs, paid BACB supervision hours (both direct and indirect), and clear career paths toward BCBA roles and other positions. We provide a company cell phone and laptop, as well as paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting BCBAs by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments and conducting parent consultation sessions. Your responsibilities include assisting with case oversight, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and ensuring accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions. You'll collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care while employing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll inspire staff to engage with and learn more about behavior analysis, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
