CDL A Truck Driver
CDL-A truck drivers can earn $1,425 to $1,525 per week on OTR routes with general and temperature-controlled freight.
This CDL-A truck driver position is built around steady miles, reliable equipment, and monthly home time you can plan around.
Weekly pay is $1,425 to $1,525. Quarterly pay increases are based on safety performance and productivity. After completing your first 30 days, you may qualify for our guaranteed minimum pay program, which helps protect your income during slower freight periods. Orientation pay is $100 per day, and travel arrangements include transportation and accommodations.
Drivers typically run 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly while hauling general and temperature-controlled freight. Established shipping lanes and long-term customer freight help support consistent load availability. Freight includes both general and temperature-controlled loads.
You will be assigned a Kenworth T680 manufactured within the last 4 years. Standard features include automatic transmission, auxiliary power unit, power inverter, GPS voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel controls. Trucks are maintained regularly to help reduce downtime between assigned loads.
Home time consists of 6 days off monthly. You can take all 6 days in one block or divide them throughout the month. Driver support is available for dispatch, freight, and road-related questions while you are running freight.
Driver requirements include an active Class A Commercial Driver's License, valid DOT medical certification, and minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the previous 12 months.
