  • Serve as the primary resource for member questions, recommendations, and fitness related concerns.
  • Address and resolve feedback related to programming, instructor coverage, and scheduling.
  • Oversee execution of the Safe Lifter program, providing guidance and stepping in to deliver sessions only when necessary.
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment rooted in encouragement, safety, and personalization.

Operations & Technology

  • Manage Technogym scheduling software, ensuring accuracy of schedules, instructor assignments, and program information.
  • Monitor facility conditions and equipment performance; recommend replacements or upgrades with approval from the Club General Manager.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Club's equipment maintenance vendor (Club Care), ensuring preventative maintenance, service documentation, and equipment uptime.
  • Review Club Care invoices for accuracy prior to submission for final approval.
  • Support clean, organized, and well-maintained fitness spaces in partnership with Operations and Engineering teams.

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

  • Utilize historical data, participation trends, and member feedback to drive personal training and group fitness revenue growth.
  • Partner with Club leadership to establish performance benchmarks, utilization goals, and financial targets.

  • Strong knowledge of fitness programming across multiple modalities.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and management software (Technogym preferred).
  • Member-focused, approachable, and service-oriented.
  • Minimum five years of fitness or wellness management experience.
