Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1 or more years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience (military experience is highly valued and accepted).
• Availability: Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak seasons (e.g., summer and the holidays) is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a commission-based environment, a track record of solution-oriented sales, or strong phone-based client outreach skills.

Pay & Application Details:

• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $21.00/hour Base + Individual Commissions (Final base pay varies by geography, experience, and hours worked).
