In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll work closely with our production team to deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations. How you'll make an impact Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. Help retain clients and secure new opportunities by building strong relationships. Lead the renewal process, working with the production team to deliver the best solutions on time. Directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Experience in account management or a related field. Behaviors: A knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms. A proactive approach to solving problems and meeting deadlines. A commitment to delivering high-quality service every day. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
