Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) and / or AWS Bedrock . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , and CI / CD pipelines , and will contribute to building and operating scalable GenAI platforms in a secure enterprise environment.
This role requires close collaboration with platform, networking, and security teams and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
GenAI & Cloud Engineering
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using :
Google Vertex AI and / or AWS Bedrock
- Support model lifecycle management, inference workflows, and GenAI platform integrations.
- Work with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development frameworks.
Cloud Infrastructure & Networking
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Implement and maintain :
Cloud networking
- VPCs, subnets, firewall rules
- Secure third‑party connectivity
- Configure and manage :
IAM policies
- Network security foundations
- Secure access controls
Containers & Orchestration
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using :
Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of Kubernetes-based platforms.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
- Maintain reusable, version‑controlled infrastructure modules.
- Enforce infrastructure standards and best practices.
CI / CD & Automation
- Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using :
GitHub Actions
- Automate build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Integrate security and validation checks into CI / CD workflows.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with :
Cloud platform teams
- Security teams
- Application development teams
- Participate in design reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with :
Generative AI on GCP (Vertex AI) and / or AWS Bedrock
- Strong experience with :
Cloud networking
- Third‑party connectivity
- Network security foundations
- Hands‑on experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Strong experience with CI / CD pipelines , especially GitHub Actions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with :
Multi‑cloud environments (GCP + AWS)
- Advanced Kubernetes networking and security
- Enterprise GenAI platforms and governance models
- Exposure to MLOps or AI platform operations
