Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation practice helps organizations solve complex business challenges, improve performance, and drive large-scale change. As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will lead client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution oversight to help clients move from strategy to implementation. This role offers the opportunity to manage workstreams, coach junior practitioners, and support complex transformation initiatives across business priorities.
Work you'll do As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading client workstreams focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
- Managing qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
- Developing and reviewing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and executive updates
- Overseeing day-to-day execution across project teams by managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination
- Coaching junior team members and contributing to internal practice development through proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets

The team Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team works with clients to address enterprise priorities that require strategic thinking, operational change, and disciplined execution. The team supports organizations as they evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and implement transformation initiatives across functions and business units. Practitioners work closely with client leaders to translate ideas into practical actions and measurable results.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operating model design, or program management
- Experience leading workstreams and developing presentations, analyses, and written deliverables for client or executive audiences
- Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative business information
- Experience managing project plans, milestones, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
