  • Document and communicate the proper use of Esris cloud automation technology through clear documentation, demos, presentations, and blogs
  • Stay current on emerging cloud and containerization trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, or automating solutions in AWS and/or Azure, with deep understanding of core cloud services such as compute, networking, storage, identity, and monitoring
  • Proven experience with infrastructure automation, including architecting and maintaining automated deployments for cloud-native and containerized applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and support teams
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, APIs, and deployment pipelines
  • Proficiency in scripting or configuration management tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Masters degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, PowerShell DSC, or Helm
