Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience leading multi-plant or multi-unit projects.
  • Training in project management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and supply/manufacturing practices.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?

  • MSE process integration in design: Support the integration of pillar requirements into designs and request necessary documentation to support pillar requirements
  • Strategic Planning: Co-develop execution strategies and plans for site projects. Mentor Associate Project Implementation Engineers in planning smaller projects.
  • Effective Communication: Use storytelling and visualization to effectively communicate and engage key stakeholders and partners.
  • Site Readiness: Ensure the Site Readiness plan aligns with overall project milestones, minimizing undue burden on cross-functional resources.
  • Success Criteria: Achieve success criteria with thorough documentation and handover signoffs to confirm project completion.
  • Technical Support: Facilitate technical commissioning and validation by providing the right materials and resources at the right time, proactively identifying risks.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure new projects deliver the committed benefits and KPIs as outlined in the project description.
  • Handover Strategy and Tracking : Lead the team through the Handover process ensuring relevant items are completed with supporting evidence. Support site audits as needed.
  • Training Integration: Incorporate Operations & Maintenance training plans into the project schedule, tracking status and completion for successful start-up.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Implement strategies to efficiently convert materials into quality products, maintaining a zero-waste mindset.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address gaps in execution processes and systems, developing cross-functional solutions to drive improvement.
  • Risk Management: Proactively communicate site needs and requirements, identifying risks that could impact products, people, or sites.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive accountability, close resourcing gaps, and support other functions to achieve project milestones.
  • Expand beyond Projects: Depending on project workload, this role can support sites, R&D or engineering initiatives to drive value beyond projects.
  • Bring our Purpose to Life: Represent the Five Principles in all that we do, drive a positive team culture, and become experts in the Manufacturing WOWs day to day (Know our products, our people, and our sites)
