The Graphic Designer will translate creative direction into polished, accurate, on-brand deliverables while balancing thoughtful design development with the speed and precision required for high-volume production work.
The role will create marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, event graphics, digital advertising, web and email assets, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate brings a refined visual sensibility, strong production skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining brand consistency across products, channels, and audiences.
Develop design concepts and production-ready solutions across print and digital channels, from initial layout through final delivery.
Create and update marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, product sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, specification materials, and other sales-support tools.
Design point-of-sale collateral and signage for retail, showroom, dealer, and trade environments.
Develop event design systems and signage for trade shows, markets, product launches, meetings, and customer-facing events.
Produce digital advertising assets, including web banners, display ads, paid and organic social creative, and campaign extensions across required formats.
Provide light UX/UI design support, including landing-page layouts, content modules, icons, wireframes, and responsive graphics.
Support email marketing with graphic modules, promotional artwork, product imagery, and template-based designs.
Design polished presentations and reports with clear visual hierarchy.
Retouch and prepare product and lifestyle photography, including color correction, cropping, masking, compositing, cleanup, and resizing.
Build accurate production files and mechanicals, ensuring proper bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, dimensions, packaging, and vendor specifications.
Adapt approved creative across multiple channels, sizes, audiences, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Coordinate priorities, timelines, feedback, approvals, and delivery expectations with project stakeholders.
Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, merchandising, digital, and external production partners.
Maintain organized working files, version control, naming conventions, and archival practices.
3–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, or a related in-house or agency environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, layout, typography, brand systems, print and digital design, and production execution.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Working knowledge of Figma and light UX/UI principles.
Strong understanding of print production, including preflight, bleeds, color management, image resolution, large-format graphics, finishing, and vendor specifications.
Understanding of digital requirements across web, display advertising, social media, and email.
Strong photo-retouching and image-production skills.
Excellent attention to typography, spacing, alignment, accuracy, and visual consistency.
Ability to interpret creative direction while contributing original design thinking.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience within furniture, interiors, luxury goods, retail, or B2B marketing is preferred.
