Marketing Associate, Brand Content & Communications

Finlays Solutions is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Associate, Brand Content & Communications to join our Marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and manage internal and external communications and promote brand successes. The Marketing Associate, Brand Content & Communications will support the development and execution of brand content to achieve growth goals and ensure consistency to our brand values and identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create brand marketing plan content to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and social media.
  • Creative Execution: Execute and deliver creative materials for both internal and external audiences in adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Strategic Account Content: Develop customized presentations and high-touch sales materials for priority customers, translating brand positioning and visual identity into compelling, customer-specific narratives that support sales conversations.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives; maintain intranet marketing hub as a communication platform to update internal teams.
  • Project Management: Intake creative projects, communicate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, testing and refining to meet goals and KPIs.
  • Promotion: Promote business line wins, innovations, and achievements (internally and externally)
  • Awards Tracking: Track and develop industry award submissions and nominations.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.
  • Design Skills: Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana/or similar, and other relevant communication and project management tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
