Qualifications and Education RequirementsEDM & CNC BACKGROUND NEEDEDHigh School Diploma or GED completion certification holderAbility to multi-task in fast paced environmentRole and ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot problems with molds and processesDisassembly and assembly of molds to repair and/or perform preventative maintenance on dyes from 1 - 200 cavity highSpotting, benching, polishing, drilling, machining, and fittingElectrical repair including hot runner manifolds, cables, limit switches, etcAbility to confidently use hand powered tools, electric hand tools and pneumatic hand toolsMaintain housekeeping in workstations throughout day / jobAdditional NotesSelf-motivated with great time management skillsAbility to work in a high-paced team environment of highly experienced peersEmployee must provide their own reliable transportation to and from facilityEmployee will be required to follow all Safety and Health regulations set forth by Company, State and Federal agenciesEmployee will be required to submission of random drug testing throughout the duration of employment.
