We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Supervisor to support and lead technicians across our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing teams.This role is designed for someone who enjoys being directly involved with employees and customers. You'll spend much of your time in the field observing jobs, coaching technicians, reinforcing quality standards, and helping the team improve.Industry experience is not required. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can coach employees, maintain accountability, and help a field team perform at a high level. We'll teach you our services and provide applicable IICRC and NADCA certification training.What You'll DoProvide day-to-day supervision and support for field techniciansSpend significant time in the field observing jobs and coaching employeesReinforce expectations for quality, productivity, customer service, and salesReview technician performance, including production, upsells, callbacks, and redosConduct regular coaching and performance conversationsHelp technicians improve their skills and advance within the companyIdentify performance concerns and work with leadership on appropriate next stepsPerform quality checks and ensure service standards are consistently followedRespond to escalated customer concerns and help resolve issuesSupport technician onboarding, training, and ride-alongsHelp determine when new technicians are prepared to work independentlyLead the 7:00 AM Monday through Thursday team huddleMonitor proper ServiceTitan usage and required job documentationSupport truck, equipment, and vehicle inspection standardsFollow up on driver-safety concernsHelp ensure technicians are prepared for upcoming jobs and schedulesCoach Performance and QualityYou'll have access to technician performance information, including production, sales results, callbacks, redos, quality, and program compliance.Your job isn't to spend your day creating reports.
