Job description

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and Databricks including Unity Catalog Workflows and ML Flow
• Create and refine features from raw data to improve the performance of machine learning models This includes selecting transforming and constructing meaningful variables that enhance model accuracy and predictive power
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for AIdriven improvements and innovations
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI models through rigorous testing and validation
• Perform data mining and analysis using stateoftheart methods to uncover insights and trends
• Process cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
• Develop analytical models to support strategic management decisionmaking
• Maintain and enhance existing models
• Work on adhoc analysis and handle data requests from business stakeholders
• Provide support for existing analytical processes and meet stakeholders service expectations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of code and processes
• Prepare presentations and summaries around findings and implications of analysis to present to business stakeholders

• Experience applying AIMLDL methods and algorithms across various business functions
• Skilled in model optimization evaluation and selection techniques
• Strong Python coding skills
• Experience with machine learning platforms

• Proficient in machine learning libraries eg scikitlearn TensorFlow Keras XGBoost and algorithms
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and tools for data analysis eg numpy pandas Matplotlib etc
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis including complex joins CTEs aggregations and analytical functions
• Proven ability to communicate technical business requirements to nontechnical end users
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines within a fastpaced environment
