A company is looking for a Profee Coding Consultant (Radiology Imaging) to provide consulting services and educational support in medical coding.

Key Responsibilities

Review medical records and assign precise codes to ensure accurate coding aligned with client needs

Conduct data quality reviews of records to assess compliance with coding and documentation guidelines

Identify documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

1 year of experience in medical coding

AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)

Experience in multiple specialties with flexibility to support various facilities, primarily in radiology imaging

Proficient in computerized encoding and abstracting software

Ability to work independently and proactively
