Product Manager, Growth

Zendrop is seeking a driven Product Manager, Growth who thrives at the intersection of product, AI, and execution. AI coding agents are a core part of how we build. In this role, you'll use tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex to rapidly prototype ideas, ship experiments into production, and accelerate product development.

You'll own the end-to-end merchant experience, shaping the journey from a prospective seller's first visit through signup, activation, first sale, and long-term retention. Working alongside engineering, design, data, marketing, and product leadership, you'll identify high-impact opportunities, decide what to build, and deliver product experiences that compound into measurable revenue growth.

This role is for an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity, uncovers opportunities others miss, and owns business outcomes of what they build.

This is a hybrid role. The office is located at: 1401 Forum Way Suite 500 West Palm Beach FL 33401.

What You'll Do:

• Own the merchant experience like it's your business.
• Know what to build, what not to build, and why.
• Ship real features and experiments by leveraging AI coding agents and modern development tools.
• Make high-conviction product decisions rooted in customer insight, data, and sound engineering tradeoffs.
• Define success, measure relentlessly, and let results guide every decision.
• Design, ship, and optimize product experiences that compound into measurable growth.
• Partner seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and data to move quickly and ship exceptional experiences.
• Dive deep into customer behavior and feedback to uncover opportunities others miss.
• Communicate clearly, influence across the organization, and build alignment around the right priorities.
• Raise the bar for product thinking, speed, and ownership every day.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in product management, with at least 2 years focused on growth, monetization, or funnel optimization.

Who You Are:

• You use AI coding agents like Claude, Cursor, and Codex to build functional prototypes and ship code when it helps move the product forward.
• You use data tools like Mixpanel to answer product questions, define success metrics, and partner with data teams to uncover deeper insights.
• You've built products in a startup or high-growth environment where speed, ownership, and ambiguity are the norm.
• You think like an entrepreneur and naturally take ownership without waiting to be asked.
• You have strong product judgment and consistently make the right tradeoffs.
• You obsess over understanding customers and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
• You know how to separate signal from noise and focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.
• You're comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and changing course when the data tells you to.
• You communicate with equal confidence to executives, engineers, designers, and customers.
• You care deeply about outcomes and have a track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with ecommerce, dropshipping, or online entrepreneurship is beneficial.
• Experience succeeding in a startup or high-growth environment.
