Job Type 12 months of contract
Shift Schedule 2nd Shift (2:30 PM 10:30 PM)
Training may be conducted on 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assembling small mechanical components, using hand tools, performing quality inspections, and following detailed work instructions to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience, excellent manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble small mechanical components and subassemblies following written work instructions, diagrams, and visual aids.
  • Perform production assembly using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
  • Handle small parts with precision while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Perform rework or modifications on assemblies when required.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and legibly.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working with small parts in a production environment.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Experience using basic hand tools.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write legibly and complete production documentation accurately.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
