Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity for assembling small parts and soldering. Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing small parts assembly and soldering tasks with a focus on precision and quality. If you are someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a strong eye for detail, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform small parts assembly according to specific instructions and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble and test products.
- Solder components to boards, wiring, and other parts as required by the product specifications.
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues, working closely with other team members to ensure timely product completion.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Keep detailed records of materials used and products assembled.
- Assist in packaging and shipping assembled products when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness and order within the assembly area.
