Job descriptionWe have an outstanding Contract position for an FAA Assembler to join a leading Company located in the Tempe, AZ surrounding area. The FAA Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, calibrating, and repairing mechanical and electromechanical components in accordance with engineering drawings, product specifications, quality standards, and FAA requirements. This position requires the ability to follow detailed work instructions, use hand and power tools, and perform quality inspections in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities : Assemble fabricated parts, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and product specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring devices to complete assembly operations. Perform functional testing and calibration of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerance requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair assemblies that do not meet quality or testing standards. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify product quality. Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. Follow all FAA, quality, safety, and company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Basic Hiring Criteria : High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational education in a related field preferred. 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation. Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Military connected talent encouraged to apply.
