Location : Simi Valley, CA
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $28 per hour

They are dedicated to producing high-quality products that support healthcare professionals across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join their production team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing medical devices to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient assembly of our life-saving products.
Responsibilities :
- Assemble products according to company Production System standards
- Support production lines and maintain a clean work area
- Identify and address nonconforming items
- Follow all company Quality System requirements
- Meet or exceed daily production and support time standards
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and product quality
- Collaborate with management to solve problems and optimize workflow
- Report inventory shortages to Supply Chain team
- Rework products and identify root causes
- Perform duties independently without direct supervision
