Job Description
Join our team as a Soldering Technician, where you will work in a structured schedule and contribute to the assembly and maintenance of electronic components. You will work on a 9/80 schedule, enjoying every other Friday off. We offer flexibility with first and second shift options, with a 15% shift premium for those who choose the second shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using a microscope.
- Conduct electronic assembly and wiring as required.
- Maintain quality and precision in soldering tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in classroom training sessions to enhance soldering skills and techniques.
- Undergo an onsite interview including a solder workmanship test to assess soldering capabilities.
Essential Skills
- Experience with PCB soldering.
- Ability to solder and work under a microscope daily.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US citizenship.
