Job description

The Mining and Infrastructure Attachments division is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and marketing hydraulic attachment tools, ground engaging tools, and infrastructure battery-powered hand tools and attachments. Our products serve diverse industries including mining, construction, infrastructure, demolition, and recycling. With production facilities spanning six continents, including major hubs in Sweden, Germany, the USA, and Australia, we are committed to delivering excellence in both products and services.

Under the supervision of the Assembly Supervisor and/or the Group Leader, the Production Assembler is responsible for operating and maintaining assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the quality and production standards of the company.

Read, interpret and understand blueprints to complete job assignments.

• Use hand tools, clamps and grinders to perform job tasks.

• Adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices.

• Any other duties that fall within the employee’s capabilities.

• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling can be expected.

• Long periods of sitting and walking can also be expected in this position.

• Use of basic tools and equipment.

• Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing areas may be required and will require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection.

• Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.
