Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler and help build, inspect, and maintain high-quality mechanical products. This hands-on role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work with tools, machinery, and mechanical systems. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, troubleshoot issues, and gain experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to assemble products and subassemblies.
Assemble mechanical parts, components, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of mechanical parts.
Conduct inspections of completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to resolve assembly issues.
Record production data and complete required documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Operate forklifts and assist with machine breakdowns and loading as needed.
Adhere to all fire, security, and health & safety regulations.
Be prepared to work outside normal hours, including occasional weekends.
Perform other duties as needed to support company goals and objectives.
Required Skills & Experience :
Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic literacy, numeracy, and good communication skills.
Team-oriented with good recording and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with production software is a plus.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Forklift operation experience.
Basic electrical assembly knowledge is a plus.
