Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer and drive innovation in product design! We're looking for a passionate professional to revolutionize our manufacturing processes and reliability initiatives.

What will you do :

  • Lead Technical Leaders and Solution Architects through the SE 'Design for Safety and Reliability' (DfSR) process
  • Develop mission profiles for new opportunities
  • Support the creation of P-Diagrams and DFMEAs for new designs
  • Advise in creation and execution of Risk Mitigation actions
  • Report weekly on DfSR activity status and escalate risks

What will make you successful :

  • Proven track record in reliability engineering and design for manufacturing
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering power distribution and energy storage systems
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and resolve complex manufacturing challenges
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and project management

Who you will report to :

  • Technical Execution Leader

Qualifications :

  • Technical engineering degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
