Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and lead the charge in revolutionizing our production processes while ensuring cybersecurity excellence! We're seeking a Senior Professional who can bring expertise and innovation to our manufacturing operations.

What will you do :

  • Drive OT Cybersecurity initiatives across the manufacturing plant, implementing robust protection measures against cyber threats and maintaining site security performance
  • Provide expert guidance in multiple production domains including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, simulation tools, investment strategies, and cost analysis
  • Lead continuous improvement projects while managing production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
  • Oversee production line maintenance strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize operational efficiency

  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes and production management
  • Strong background in OT Cybersecurity with proven ability to implement and maintain security protocols
