We’re currently hiring for a 3rd shift Inspection Operator to join our client’s production team in Vista, CA. This role is responsible for operating, assembling, disassembling, and cleaning inspection equipment, as well as inspecting finished products for quality and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Essential Job Duties:

• 
  Operate inspection and related equipment (including polishers and sorters)
  
• 
  Clean, assemble, and disassemble inspection machinery and tools
  
• 
  Inspect and sort products according to company and customer specifications
  
• 
  Prepare and set up the inspection area before each shift
  
• 
  Report any process deviations, equipment issues, or safety hazards to Supervisor or QA
  
• 
  Complete documentation and reconciliations as required by MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record)
  
• 
  Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  
• 
  Perform other related duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
  
• 
  Minimum of 6 months of related experience preferred
  
• 
  Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
  
• 
  Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
  
• 
  Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  
• 
  Intermediate math skills (multiplication, division, conversions, weights, and measures)
  

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (schedules may vary)
