Project Lead / Project Manager
Develop, implement, and oversee standardized project management processes and methodologies tailored to CofC.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in line with established frameworks.
Collaborate with technical staff and business stakeholders to create project documentation and artifacts suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor project performance and report progress through dashboards and executive summaries.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure quality deliverables.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support communication across departments.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Participate in special assignments, task forces, or other activities within the Portfolio Management Office or IT division as needed.
1+ years working with Business Analysts.
1+ years working with Kanban methodology.
PMP Certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
Product Owner experience.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience working with Data Analysts or Data Scientists.
Prior IT experience (analyst, programmer, or similar).
Additional PMI or Agile/Scrum certifications.
