Job Description
Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to determine machining strategies and requirements.
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to create precise CNC instructions.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Conduct test runs and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Continuously improve machining processes for increased productivity and reduced waste.
Keep detailed records of programming modifications and machine maintenance activities.
Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CNC Programmer should have:
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing CNC programs for various machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Experience with CNC machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- MUST HAVE experience programming and machining using Mastercam****
- MUST HAVE 3,4 AND 5-axis programming and machining experience*****
