Job description

Administrator, Information Technology Services

Under the direct supervision of the Director I, Information Technology Services, the position of Administrator, Information Technology Services is responsible for acquiring the necessary resources to support the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) operations and to ensure effective and efficient information technology (IT) activities related to training on systems, coordination of support services, and the workflow. This position is designated as a classified management position, and is part of the Management Leadership Team and is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Requirements / Qualifications

Required experience: Five years of professional experience in support of information technology, business and/or student systems which would demonstrate exposure to and utilization of required skills, knowledge and abilities in performing the job related duties and responsibilities including two years of management experience. Required education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration or closely related field is required. Certificates/credentials/licenses: Valid California driver's license is required.
