Account Executive
Security Solutions

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California
Compensation: $65,000 to $105,000 annually
Travel: Required

Build trusted client relationships and grow business for an established systems integrator whose fire alarm, nurse call, and security solutions help protect people and property every day.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop new business, strengthen long-term client relationships, and guide customers toward security solutions that meet their operational needs. This role owns the sales process from prospecting through close and works closely with estimating and internal teams to turn opportunities into accurate, competitive proposals.

The right candidate is a confident relationship builder who understands B2B security sales, manages a disciplined pipeline, and can represent the company effectively with new, existing, and prospective customers. Experience or direct professional exposure to law enforcement, public safety, or corrections is mandatory.

What You Will Do

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospective customers and assessing needs through negotiation and close.

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers and key client stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers.

• Manage sales opportunities and pipeline activity in the company CRM, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.

• Coordinate job walks, new-customer setup, customer visits, and internal handoffs.

• Partner with the Estimating Department and other internal resources to develop estimates and customer proposals.

• Draft proposals and coordinate bid documentation to support timely, compliant submissions.

• Meet defined sales goals while delivering a responsive and professional client experience.

What You Bring

• At least five years of business-to-business sales experience selling security solutions.

• Professional experience or direct exposure to law enforcement, public safety, or corrections. This qualification is mandatory.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage complex sales opportunities, and close deals.

• Strong communication, relationship-management, organization, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.

• Valid California driver license and proof of automobile insurance.

• Ability to travel and maintain punctual, regular attendance.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position includes work at construction sites, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, and hospitals. The role requires the ability to:

• Use the wrists, hands, and fingers for repetitive, substantial movements.

• Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak.

• Stand or sit for extended periods of four or more hours.

• Drive for two or more hours during a work shift or day.
