Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to trouble tickets, ensuring application uptime and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
- Implement preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
- Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
- Document all modifications using a digital change control tracking system.
- Create high-quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications before deployment.
- Carry out on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
Required Qualifications:
- CT Low Voltage License (E-2 or C-5) is mandatory.
- Availability for on-call shifts is required.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in servicing and troubleshooting fire systems is a plus.
- Lenel OnGuard Certification or equivalent access control system certification is preferred.
- Verint Nextiva / VMS Certification or similar CCTV system certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
