  • Aid in the setup and testing of inline and offline inspection systems, including roll‑to‑roll environments.
  • Contribute to documenting test procedures, system configurations, and results
  • Collaborate with R&D, and production teams to ensure systems meet functional and quality requirements
  • Learn and apply tools and best practices in computer vision, industrial automation, and process monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline with 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Exposure to vision systems, imaging, or optical inspection
  • Experience or coursework involving industrial sensors, PLCs, or automation equipment
  • General CAD familiarity
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.)
  • Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), Gage R&R, or other statistical methods
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities
  • Clear communication and collaborative mindset

Preferences:

  • Familiarity with NI LabVIEW, Vision Builder, or other test automation tools
  • Experience with AVEVA Historian or similar monitoring/logging systems
  • Familiarity with JMP
  • SolidWorks experience
  • Hands‑on, curious, and eager to gain expertise in vision and automation systems
  • Comfortable working in both R&D and production environments
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of balancing multiple tasks

Benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • Medical, dental and vision on 1st day
  • Company 401K match
  • 20 PTO days
  • Generous sick leave policy
  • Casual day to day work environment
  • Hybrid/flexible work environment (for some positions)
