Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
Communication: ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
Dexterity: Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
Troubleshooting: Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.

Hiring Requirements:

Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
Physical skill requirements Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
Good vision/hand-eye coordination
Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass background check/drug test
Professional appearance

Previous Work Experience:

Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
