In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience Architecture & Design:• End-to-end architecture design• Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture• NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, securityTechnology Skills: • AWS/Azure cloud platforms• Docker, Kubernetes• Awareness about SPA frameworks like Angular or React or similar Preferred Skill and Experience Technology Skills:• Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.AI-Augmented Development:• GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code• AI-based coding, refactoring, testing• Awareness about Agentic and RAG based architecture patterns with Evals Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
