We are looking for dedicated and skilled Laborers to join our team in the construction and installation of foundations for transmission lines and substations. This pivotal role supports our construction team with a variety of tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with the forming and finishing of concrete foundations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in site preparation for foundations, including clearing, excavating, and leveling sites.
- Handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite.
- Support Concrete Finishers in setting up forms, pouring concrete, and applying finishing touches.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers, adapting to various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Participate in team efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications :
