Superintendent – Lead Commercial & Federal Projects for Oxeland Group Job Overview: * Company: Oxeland Group * Salary/Pay Rate: $140,000 - $155,000 per year (based on experience) * Location: West Allis, WI * Job/Employment Type: Full Time * Project Scope: Multi-Family, Commercial, Government, and Federal Construction * Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License The Opportunity: You will serve as a key field leader, taking complete ownership of jobsite operations, subcontractor management, and project execution. How You Will Make an Impact: * Lead daily field operations, trade partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. * Maintain look-ahead schedules to identify potential delays early and keep projects moving forward. * Enforce strict site safety standards to cultivate a safe and organized environment for all workers. * Conduct pre-installation meetings and ongoing site inspections to maintain high quality standards. * Partner with Project Managers and clients to deliver clear communication and resolve site issues. * Utilize Procore management software to log daily reports, document progress, and manage RFIs. * Drive project closeout and punch-list completion to ensure clean and timely delivery. Required Qualifications & Experience: * Proven track record leading commercial construction jobsites as a Superintendent or Field Leader. * Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, trade sequencing, and overall project schedules. * Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: * 10 or more years of experience in commercial, government, or federal construction leadership. * Active OSHA 30 certification or specialized trade safety training. * Working knowledge of digital construction management platforms such as Procore.
