We're hiring an experienced Construction Accounting Specialist to join our Murrieta, CA office on a full- OR part-time basis. Our Construction Accounting Specialist works full- or part-time between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
You'll take care of the crucial finance functions for our office, tackling everything from accounts receivable/payable and ledger management to collections and account reconciliation. Focused on being accurate and timely, you'll prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, profit and loss reports, and other financial reports. We're always trying to improve, so you'll also help find more efficient software and make recommendations for system improvements. As needed, you'll also help with audits, filing tax forms, and additional responsibilities to support daily organization and efficiency.
