Construction Laborer Opportunity
Hiring Construction Laborer in Everett, WA. Pay : $24 $32 / hr (Based on experience). Shift : 6AM - 4 : 30PM Monday - Thursday (OT on Friday).
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with metal cladding, insulation, and steel components to assemble structural panels according to detailed plans and specifications. If you have experience in carpentry, roofing, material handling, and mechanical assembly, and you value safety and organization, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble structural metal building panels in a manufacturing environment.
- Operate hand and power tools effectively.
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares with precision.
- Safely handle materials and assist with suspended load movements.
- Follow work instructions and complete tasks on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment
You'll work in an open-air shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes. The role requires physical mobility, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 70 lbs. Team-based work (23 people) with potential overtime and occasional Friday shifts (6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
