5. Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to meet project requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of resources to minimize project delays.

6. Quality Control: Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction activities meet quality standards and comply with project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from the project plan.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality. Work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks.

8. Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on the project, and coordinate necessary adjustments with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training programs are a plus.
- Proven experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
