This includes editorial direction, content creation, workflow management, aligning content with business objectives, growing audience engagement, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our brand voice. The person will supervise content teams (writers, editors, designers) and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, production and operations./ppKey responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and own the content strategy: define what types of content (books, digital, audio, video, articles) the company will produce, for which audiences, on what platforms/channels./liliDefine and maintain the brand voice, tone, style guidelines, editorial standards./liliBuild, manage and mentor the content team: editors, writers, content producers, freelancers.
