The key person will assist in identifying and documenting baseline operational statistics, monitoring, documenting, and communicating results of process changes. Key person will facilitate workgroups, as identified, which could include reviewing and updating process flows, checklists, and project artifacts. Work will also include research and documentation of software needs for targeted groups across OHA and ODHS. This work could include preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and creating checklists and process flow maps. Additional work involves facilitation of meetings to gather feedback on redesign of content on OIS intranet page to better assist customers with requests. Key person will work with Content Coordinators to document actions and track work completion to update the site with improved processes.
