micro1 is engaging Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associates to collaborate on a dynamic customer project involving high-level legal analysis and strategic input. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement is well-suited for professionals from top-tier US law firms with a proven background in complex deal structuring, corporate law, and private equity transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as interactions, deliverables, and collaboration will occur in a fully remote setting. The project will benefit from your multidisciplinary insights, legal rigor, and commitment to quality.
