About the Role:
Bevyhouse LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerkto support the financial and accounting operations of our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting, advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred), and experience working in the construction industry. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, job cost tracking, financial reporting, accounts payable, credit card reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial records.





Responsibilities:

• Process and review incoming invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including data entry and payment processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support the Controller and other department team members
• Maintain organized AP records and filing systems for audit readiness
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end close processes and AP reporting

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop)
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of AP processes, general ledger coding, and reconciliations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
