A-Line Staffing is now hiring Chemical Production Operator in Fort Worth, TX. The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential. Chemical Production Operator Highlights: Schedule: 1st Shift ??? Monday???Thursday, 6:00 AM ??? 4:30 PM (Friday overtime as needed) Pay Range: $20/hour Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Chemical Production Operator Responsibilities: Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispenser room, weigh per batch formula, and add to mixers Perform tasks such as printing labels, filling silos, packaging, sampling, inspection, palletizing, and storage of materials Work independently in pre-weigh, batch build, and COP areas Monitor equipment and production processes; record conditions and actions Report disturbances and production concerns to Team Lead Sample and analyze raw materials and finished goods; determine operational actions Perform minor equipment maintenance to ensure continuous operation Maintain housekeeping standards (cGMPs, 5S, allergen storage, and compliance requirements) Communicate effectively with team members across shifts Maintain documentation for equipment effectiveness and batch accuracy Prepare labels and maintain label control; assist with SOPs and validation processes Attend training sessions and complete required training modules Support safety, health, and environmental (SHE) initiatives and compliance Ensure safety awareness, accident prevention, and food/feed safety in all tasks Chemical Production Operator Qualifications: 1-2+ years of chemical / batch production experience in a manufacturing setting High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be able to pass a Respirator Fit Test If you are interested in this Chemical Production Operator position, please apply to this posting with Luke H. at A-Line!
