Job Details
Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location : Irvine CA (Onsite)
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
o Service Catalogs development with Standard and Multi row variable sets
o Flow Designer (Flows sub flows and decision tables) Moderate to Complex workflows
o Development experience in Multi-page record producers / Catalog forms
o Employee Center Advanced to Expert level experience in portal development
o Moderate to Advanced level Scripting knowledge for all other development activities.
o Hands on implementation experience of discovery analysis of discovery logs for errors.
o Support CMDB health checks audits and data cleanup activities.
o Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
o Review and analyze Discovery logs probes and sensors to identify and resolve errors.
o Practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP SNMP SSH WMI etc.).
o Good understanding of infrastructure components (servers databases storage network devices cloud instances etc.).
