Were seeking a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator & Developer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has hands?on experience with the Customer Service module, user management, and permission controls, along with strong problem?solving and project management skills. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of people to understand business needs and provide training on new features and problem?solving techniques. A key focus of this role is leveraging Power Platform tools, particularly PowerAutomate, Power Pages and Power Apps, to build new automations, enhance existing processes, and support business needs. Youll maintain and optimize the CRM system, develop and troubleshoot flows, resolve tickets, create custom apps where needed, and drive continuous improvements.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $91,000-110,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job?related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
