Job Description

Position Overview
All Saints Catholic School seeks a dynamic, faith-filled Curriculum Coordinator / Instructional Coach to support excellence in teaching and learning across PreK-8th grade. This individual will work collaboratively with faculty and administration to strengthen instructional practices, ensure alignment with state and diocesan standards, and foster a culture of continuous growth rooted in the mission of Catholic education.

Primary Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction
Lead the development, evaluation, and alignment of curriculum across all grade levels (PreK-8) in accordance with Oklahoma Academic Standards and diocesan guidelines
Collaborate with teachers to design and implement effective, research-based instructional strategies
Support vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment to ensure coherence and rigor
Analyze student data to guide instructional decisions and improve student outcomes

Instructional Coaching
Provide individualized coaching and support to teachers through observation, feedback, modeling, and co-teaching
Foster a growth-oriented culture by encouraging reflective practice and professional dialogue
Assist teachers in setting instructional goals and monitoring progress
Lead professional development aligned with school priorities
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a member of the school leadership team
Assist in the implementation of school-wide academic initiatives
Support the evaluation and selection of instructional materials and resources
Promote strong communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and administration
Faith & Mission Integration
Model and support the integration of Catholic values and teachings across the curriculum
Actively contribute to the spiritual life and mission of the school
Encourage faculty in fostering a Christ-centered classroom environment

Qualifications
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of diverse teaching experience (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
Current Oklahoma teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
Previous leadership experience (, department chair, instructional leader, mentor teacher) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Dispositions
Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional best practices, and assessment
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and implement both state and diocesan standards
Experience evaluating and selecting curriculum and instructional resources
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Confidence in leading and supporting adult learners in a positive, encouraging manner
A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
